Spec notes

  1. Nandani Creation opened four Jaipur Kurti stores in a single day.
  2. New stores: DT Mega Mall Gurgaon, Jammu, Pacific Mall Jaipur, Rajouri Garden Delhi.
  3. Project 50 was announced in September 2026.
  4. Target: 50 outlets by March 2027.

Nandani Creation Limited, the parent company of women's ethnic wear brand Jaipur Kurti, has opened four stores in a single day as part of its Project 50 retail expansion plan. The new outlets sit in three states and one union territory: DT Mega Mall in Gurgaon, Pacific Mall in Jaipur, Rajouri Garden in Delhi, and Jammu.

The four-site launch is the most visible execution step to date for Project 50, which the company announced in September 2026. The plan sets a target of 50 stores by March 2027, a timeline that gives the brand a fixed window to scale from its current network.

What does the single-day rollout signal?

Opening four stores across four separate markets on one day is an operational statement as much as a marketing one. For a brand in the value-driven women's ethnic wear segment, simultaneous launches in the Delhi NCR region, Jaipur and Jammu indicate that fit-out, staffing and inventory pipelines are running in parallel rather than sequentially.

The locations themselves map a deliberate footprint strategy. Gurgaon and Rajouri Garden anchor the brand in high-footfall North Indian retail corridors, while Pacific Mall in Jaipur keeps it close to its home market. The Jammu store extends the network into a tier-two market, a channel where ethnic wear brands typically chase lower rents and faster payback periods.

What is Project 50?

Project 50 is Jaipur Kurti's stated expansion program, announced in September 2026, with a hard endpoint of 50 outlets by March 2027. The company has not disclosed in this announcement the split between company-owned and franchise stores, the capital committed, or the average store size and expected payback period for the new units.

That gap matters for supply-chain readers. A jump to 50 doors changes order volumes, replenishment cadence and the logistics footprint a brand needs, particularly for an ethnic wear label where seasonality and festive demand compress delivery windows. Whether Nandani Creation's sourcing base can scale to match the store count will determine whether Project 50 becomes measured growth or an inventory strain.

The road to March 2027

Nandani Creation has put a public date on its retail ambition and begun executing against it with a four-store day spanning Gurgaon, Delhi, Jaipur and Jammu. The company now faces a defined runway to March 2027 to lift the network to 50 outlets — and the sourcing, staffing and working-capital decisions behind that build-out will show whether the pace set this week is sustainable.
